Section 1011 Outreach and Education

TrailBlazer’s goal is a simple one – to assist providers in mastering the Section 1011 program. To demonstrate this commitment we offer an outstanding educational foundation, continually develop new resources, and are always available for personalized support.

Education

Education

First and foremost, we give providers the right tools for the job and teach you how to use them. Listed below are the educational tools you will want to take advantage of:

  • Web-based training (WBT) online.
  • Computer-based training (CBT) sessions online.
  • Monthly electronic mail notification of program information via Listserv.
  • Ask-the-Contractor (ACT) teleconference events.
  • Seminar events conducted at TrailBlazer or at off-site locations.











Experienced provider relations representatives guide you through online workshops using WBT and CBT to familiarize you with a wide variety of topics and processes including Section 1011 enrollment, reimbursement, dispute resolutions, compliance review, and many others.

Join us, too, for our interactive Ask-the-Contractor teleconferences in which both Section 1011 experts and providers participate. Questions and comments from providers are always welcomed and encouraged.

All participating providers are welcome to join us for events! Watch the Calendar of Events and register there electronically to participate.

We communicate with providers monthly through Listserv, our electronic mailing list. Once you register for listserv, notifications are sent automatically and include:

  • Deadlines and due dates.
  • Important, time-sensitive items.
  • News Highlights: New Information! Reminders! Updates!
  • Planned events listed on the Calendar of Events.
  • Upcoming Web-based training sessions.
  • Access to archived past-date listserv.

At Section 1011, you will always know who to call, e-mail/fax, or write for answers, assistance, or resolution. Our names, areas of responsibility, telephone numbers and addresses are available online. Link directly to the Section 1011 Contact List.
