TrailBlazer’s goal is a simple one – to assist providers in mastering
the Section 1011 program. To demonstrate this commitment we offer an

First and foremost, we give providers the right tools for the
job and teach you how to use them. Listed below are the
educational tools you will want to take advantage of:
- Web-based training (WBT) online.
- Computer-based training (CBT) sessions online.
- Monthly electronic mail notification of program information
via Listserv.
- Ask-the-Contractor (ACT) teleconference events.
- Seminar events conducted at TrailBlazer or at off-site
locations.
Experienced provider relations representatives guide you through online
workshops using WBT and CBT to familiarize you with a wide variety of
topics and processes including Section 1011 enrollment, reimbursement,
dispute resolutions, compliance review, and many others.
Join us, too, for our interactive Ask-the-Contractor
teleconferences in which both Section 1011 experts and providers
participate. Questions and comments from providers are always welcomed
and encouraged.
All participating providers are welcome to join us for events! Watch

We communicate with providers monthly through Listserv, our electronic
mailing list. Once you register for listserv, notifications are sent
automatically and include:
- Deadlines and due dates.

- Upcoming Web-based training sessions.
